Facade Improvement
The DDA's Facade Improvement Opportunity Grant seeks to provide funding for projects that will enhance the aesthetics and character of the DDA District and assist property owners in rehabilitating and upgrading their buildings' façades and exterior features.
This program is a 50% match - up to $1,000 per business.
Please note this is a limited and competitive opportunity.
Funds will be allocated as they are available and upon approval of the DDA Board.
