7th Street Tunnel Mural

The mural under the 7th Street Bridge is complete, and it’s even more breathtaking than we imagined. This vibrant, two-sided masterpiece brings warmth and light to a once-shadowed tunnel, adding yet another reason to explore our beautiful downtown.

This incredible artwork was brought to life by the talented Rhiannon Galloway and her mentor, April Cutler, who dedicated their time and creativity to making this vision a reality. Their work not only showcases their artistic talent but also highlights the strength of our local creative community.

A huge thank-you goes out to the Community Foundation of St. Clair County for making this project possible. Their support helped transform an ordinary space into an extraordinary destination.
