Welcome to the New Era of Port Huron Art Hop!

For years, the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) proudly presented Art Hop, a beloved community event showcasing local talent. Now, we're excited to announce that Foundry has taken the reins, bringing fresh energy and a renewed vision to this celebration of creativity.

Foundry's mission aligns perfectly with the spirit of Art Hop: to provide unique, entertaining, and inclusive experiences that enrich our community. We're honored to continue this tradition and have reimagined Art Hop to offer even greater opportunities for artists and art enthusiasts alike.

What's Changing?


This year, Art Hop is expanding to include a dynamic art contest displayed throughout Port Huron, alongside our traditional craft show. 

The contest will open Friday May 9th and run through Friday May 23rd. It will have two first place, two second place and two third place winners with one set being voted on by the community and the other set voted on by a select set of nominated judges. As we are just getting started, our Spring event will not have cash prizes, however, our Fall event will, stay tuned!

We're excited to embark on this new chapter of Art Hop and invite you to join us in celebrating the vibrant art scene of Port Huron!

Are You an Artist? Here’s How to Participate...

Craft Show Vendor:

  • If you create handcrafted items and wish to sell them, apply to be a vendor at our opening day craft show on Friday, May 9th.
  • This is a traditional vendor booth setup.
  • There is a $15 Vendor fee.

Juried Art Contest Participant:

  • If you create artwork suitable for a juried competition (painting, sculpture, photography, etc.), apply to participate in our 14-day art contest.
  • This is a judged art show.
  • The application is FREE for Spring 2025 show.
